It's the clientele is the problem....cliquey type from Mai oh surrounding estate ...the owner and wife are pleasant enough......Terry

My girlfriend lives around the corner from this bar and we've tried to get in here for a night cap twice and failed on both occasions. The first time someone was being sick in the door way and the second time two locals were having a fight inside. Good job there are lots of other pubs close by.

THE MAWBEY ARMS IS A LOCAL PUB WITH A WARM ATMOSPHERE BIG ON SPORT (CHELSEA MAD) VERY BIG GARDEN CATER FOR SMOKERS AND NON, ALSO HAS A SCREEN FOR ALL SPORTS IN THE GARDEN AND IN THE SUMMER THEY PUT A POOL UP, SO A GOOD ONE FOR ALL. ENJOYED MENY A DAY AND NIGHT IN THERE.
