Had a good night out in Ember, but no thanks to some of the staff - the space I'd reserved to celebrate my birthday was double booked, so everyone was squished into a corner or standing up being jostled (before the dancing started and the evening improved). Also, a very drunken friend of the DJs was allowed to roam around stealing drinks and hassling people all night. If it had been anyone else, they would have been chucked out. Still, the music was great and the atmosphere (other than annoying friend-of-DJs man) was really good. Wouldn't go there for big night out again though. |
Really nice little bar literally around the corner from Farringdon tube... bit more down to earth and friendly than many in this area. |
