Walkabout bars are big, loud and cheerful, like the average Aussie I suppose, but that's why we like them.
If you're looking for a quiet bar, just don't go there, you will be disappointed. It is always busy and sometimes it takes a while to get served but it's always done with a smile which more than makes up for it from my point of view.
