I have visited Catch on Kingsland road in Shoreditch loads of times. And everytime i have been bitterly dissapointed with pretty much everything about this venue and its staff.
I wouldn't normally write a review but i felt i really needed to warn people of this place! it stinks (literally)
Firstly the door person's are incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I was even groped by one of them once as i left the bar with a distressed friend who ten minutes previously overheard the bar staff making fun of her weight.
Secondly the bar staff. Where do i start... have they ever been trained? it takes ten minutes to get a drink and when you do finally get one its in a dirty glass.
