Had many a good night here. Music is always spot on, friendly crowd and good service.

Really great night out here, large selection of cocktails that are made right in front of you. Staff are helpful in letting you know what you may like. Music is good and the dance floor is a decent size, the Video DJ is a nice touch.

Ended up in here after a night out at a comedy club with some freinds over the weekend. Really good night out, didn't have to queue for very long and the guy at the door was funnier than some of the comedians we'd just paid to see. Drinks were standard, usual commercial R'n'B and dance tracks.

Was at the Metra club on friday the 4th Dec, we had a great time, cheap drinks, great music, there was a live PA on as well Katie Pearl!, we had an amazing night, would def recommend, I'll def b there this friday again with my work lot to see Candy Rock performing!

After going to the club last weekend I would highly recommend the club to anyone wanting to have a good night in central london. The staff were really friendly and the bar staff made some of the best cocktails iv ever had.

The DJ played some banging tunes that had the place bouncing!!

Really good night. Booked on guestlist and was shown to my table with no fuss.

Good drinks and service all night. Bar staff were a bit slow when i went to the bar but the table service was great. Music was quite varied but to be honest was not listening by the end of the night.

I would recommend this place if you are going out in central london..

DONT GO HERE, RUDE STAFF, OVERPRICED, UNHYGIENIC, BAD MANAGEMENT. We went here for my cousins birthday and it was the worst night we have ever had. From the minute we walked in we were ripped off and treated in an appalling way, we had booked a reserved are and they took £250 off us and they shouldn't have, we had table-service and were given dirty glasses and had to wait long periods of time for any drinks to arrive. We left early as were were so appalled by the bad service.

Metra!, what can I say about this club! where do i seriously start!...If you want a club which support a crowd of 90% male..this will be ideal for you. The ratio in the club of terrible.

2. On entrance into the club you are greeted with a bunch of rude security. They think that they own the place. trying to intimate people for asking questions. Related to this was the club dis-organisation, I put a load of my friends down for guestlist and they messed the whole thing up...not a single person was on the list. So standard waiting in the long queue had to be done.

3. Prices of drinks what a joke!...one shot of malibu and coke would cost you £9.50 but was watered down. Remember this is a shot, not a bottle or more than one drink. This can surely cut you off drinking in there.

4. the music on the night is bad...the Dj started to play depressing tunes such as changes by tupac...in a club!...how are you suppose to dance to that!? dj skill are questioned ..not playing for the crowd so much. Overall the night was rubbish, would never consider returning to Metra. When people give the club more than a 1 rating then I would think they are affiliated to the club itself. IT WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST REGRET

Hi, I went to the Metra Club last Friday (13/01/2006)and had a really good night, There was 30 of us and we reserved a private area that was not expensive and very easy to do, I would definitely recommend the club, it's a good night out, the staff are great and the prices aren't outrageous, from what i remember it was like £4 / £5 a drink
The cocktails were excellent and everyone had a great time. Taking an area is a great idea, made us feel very important....
