About The Regent:

The Regent, located on Chestnut Grove and just a stones throw from Balham tube station is a home-away-from-home created to offer locals and visitors something a bit different. We offer a wide selection of drinks, cocktails and carefully sourced and prepared lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus, all served in newly refurbished and stylish surroundings.

The kitchen is open from 11am to 3pm and 5pm until 10pm Monday to Friday and from 10am – 10pm over the weekend. Our menus not only include firm favourites such as cottage pie, juicy burgers and fish and chips but our Executive Chef is also developing a few special creations to give food lovers something to really look forward to.

With 3 superb ales and cider available on tap and an extensive boutique wine list, including ten wines available by the glass, we have something for everyone. The Regent is the place to be on a Saturday evening when our resident DJ is on hand to get you in the mood to party whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying an evening out with group of friends. Sundays are always busy, which we suspect has something to do with our succulent roasts! If you haven’t tried one yet, what are you waiting for? We even have live acoustic sessions from 7pm so after lunch you can sit back, relax and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

The best sporting fixtures are aired daily on our giant plasma screens located towards the rear of the venue and our friendly staff are on hand to serve drinks and plates of hearty food direct to your table ensuring watching sport at The Regent is a relaxed and comfortable experience. We are also happy to take bookings for those wanting to guarantee a ringside seat.
