They told me they offered the best exchange rate anywhere and did not charge any commission. I trusted them. Changed 1,000 dollars, the asked elsewhere out of curiosity. Turns out they bummed me out of £100!!! When I went back to confront them they just locked their window and ignored me.

Do you think a money exchange business would dare to give you a rate of 1.59 instead of 1.24 for changing Euro into British Pounds, which means a 300 pounds profit on 1000 Euro? Yes, it will! If it is owned by Change Group Corporation and run at 165, 166 Piccadilly. Call in and ask if you don't believe it: 02076297550! I would rate them -10 here if I could!

This place does charge a higher handling fee (12.5%) than other places in addition to it's service fee, L3 for me. The exchange rate dollar to pound was $.50 higher than the current exchange rate. The airport is a much better idea.

Be aware! They charge a service fee of £4 without warning, their exchange rate is double than the post office exchange rate and refused to give my money back. Please do not use them. Go to the post office if you would like a fair deal.
