Do not use this service if you need to go to or from the airport. I asked them to pick up a visitor from the USA at Heathrow, holding a signboard because she has no UK mobile. They didn't pass this information to the driver so the driver called me asking "where are you?". The last straw: I scheduled an early morning pickup to go to Heathrow, and the driver never showed up. When I called, they insisted that I cancelled! No apology for their obvious mistake. Do not rely on this service.

A 5-person delegation from my US company recently travelled to London for a week and used B & K for virtually all their travel needs, starting and ending with travel to/from Heathrow. The drivers were prompt and courteous, the vehicles were clean and suitable for their needs, and the rates were very reasonable. My dealings with the office were terrific - everyone I spoke to was professional, patient, and friendly and the itinerary (and its many changes) was confirmed via email in a timely manner. We will definitely use B & K again as well as refer other colleagues and friends.
