Absolute joke of a company. Contracted to the council to take my autistic son to school. Regularly late with no phone call leaving him pacing by the window for them. Could not meet his needs despite being told exactly what his behaviour can be like, just refusal to carry him. My boy is as we speak at his special school an hour away waiting to be brought home and my husband has had to go as they were already 20 minutes late with no sign of them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are awful.

i booked this cab office to pick me up from asda and take me and my friend home with our shopping when we reached home we asked the driver if he could help us with our shopping to our door we were told that he was driver not a porter and to do it our self we are both disabled
