25 mins late though I am only 5 mins from their office,no idea where to go despite me giving postcode 24 hrs earlier,in the end got out with my A to Z .Ridiculous ways they were going.

Terrible service. Call them to book the taxi to Stanstead Airport and was quoted £65. Told them i will call them in an hour. When called back they told me it will be £90 just one hour after. When questioned the price the person on the phone was very rude and told me that i should have booked the first time i called and that is the price. We have researched the price around by calling different mini cab offices and this one was by far the most expensive. Please check other places before you book with them and make them send you the quote by text otherwise they will tell you different price every time you call and than probably the driver will want even more money. Very upset and disappointed, hopefully people read reviews like this and places like this stop operating and stealing money from people

We decided to treat ourselves with a taxi home from Heathrow Airport. I booked it a week in advance and they confirmed all the details to me.

I phoned them from abroad a few hours before and they again confirmed the details.

We arrived at Heathrow, we received a text confirming they were expecting us. We got through customs and were then stood in the departures hall for nearly an hour waiting for the driver. After phoning him he said he was at the wrong terminal.

Driver didn't even apologise when he arrived. Not impressed. Will get the tube next time, it'll be quicker!

I always use this cab service, they're polite, they have never over charged me. I am usually happy to tip the driver, they get me to my destination safe and sound.

I would not use this car service. They overcharge and are abusive on the phone when you question costs.

I requested a pick up for my friend(normal charge £6)and explained that they had items so was doubled to £12. Fine.

Once in the car, said it was £20 and wouldn't listen to the earlier quote. I phoned to complain when I found out i was an extra £8 and was told as he had tipped the drive by £2 then he will not give the money back (despite promising earlier) and just screamed at me down the phone.

So will not be using again!

I have always used this cab company when arriving from Australia, they are always waiting when I get through customs, and are always on time for getting back to the airport. My parents use their service regularly for hospital appointments and they are always patient very patient with my father who has restricted mobility. Would recommend them in a heartbeat
