Appalling taxi firm! Pre paid for taxi, had confirmed text of booking, failed to turn up on April 28th, thus had to pay for another taxi to get train. Despite reassurances and emails, stating will refund money, have not been refunded, excuses after excuses, will be filing a claim through the small claims court in order to get my money back. Would not recommend!

Had to cancel cab as my flight was cancelled so they said I would loose 25% of my money I have been waiting 6 days for my refund and every day is a different story they have no idea the stress this is causing me lost my husband recently so I don’t beef this.
I’m still waiting!!!

We had a car booked for Stansted at 6a.m. We waited outside, tried to phone but got an ansaphone. Sent a text but got no reply. We managed to get another company but received no reply to phone call or text. Shame as the man who took the booking was friendly but won’t use again

On time. polite drivers. nice cars. Reasonable rates. Only wish they did online booking.

Being left waiting for 85min, made 7 calls to be told at 20.10pm: ''you either wait until he driver arrives or we will not provide you service in future''! Recommendation: save yourself the disappointment and extremely rude customer service, pick another company. Such a let down after 1 year frequently using Top Cars!
The agency staff is downright rude and have no idea of how to interact with clients or do business! I've been using the service often (up to 4-6 times a month), and this week was the last time I did. I was left waiting at airport for 85 min. The driver was stack in a traffic but I cannot say a bad thing about him as he was the only one to call, explain, apologise and at the end to suggest to me to find alternative route home. I was the one to call the agency every time to keep them informed. They didn't abort the pick up at any point.
