Its not the first time i have bought a car from this company and each and every time i go back the customer service is lovely. I never have a problem with mine or my wife's car. I take it back to them to get the service and MOT done at a good rate. From my experience with them i can not believe all of the other reviews i have read, i am sure that people are getting confused between them and the company behind them, two completely different personalities and service available between the two companies.

i got a bmw about 3 months ago, the car had a few problems the next day, when i called them up to let them know they were helpful and explained that if the warranty company were unable to help than they would look into it.
but i was not happy because i had just got the car so i decided to take it back to them to look at. when i got there there was no one except for the secretary she called the mechanic straight away to come and check the car, the issue was sorted and i have not had a problem since.
i want to thank the secretary for her help, i am very happy with the car. i recommend global c

Very good from start to finish, well organised and professional. The part exchange price they gave me was very fair, as was the sale price of the car i purchased. Over all i believe for me it was a satisfactory experience, i for one would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. I have had the car for over 3months now, i have not had one problem with it, and still have another 3 months free warranty that was given to me on purchase of the car. Very pleased with my car and the service that came with it.

i have read the previous reviews, i disagree with some of them,I bought a car from here a while ago. I had no problems with any of the staff there. They were all very helpful with any requests i had regarding the cars both questions or queries. The car is a good running car, with no problems at all. I have been delighted with he overall service i received from this company and would highly recommenced them to anyone who is looking for a reliable car with good customer service. I will be returning to them to buy my next car.

I purchased a BMW in a part exchange from Global Cars a few months ago. They gave me a fair deal and explained the terms of the warranty.
The staff were very polite, helpful and well organised. Also, I encountered an issue after the sale and found the service excellent. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. Thanks again.

I bought a VW Polo from there over 2 months ago and I can say that they were very straight forward and helpful.
the car drives like a new and i have not had a single problem with it.

I bought a BMW from them 3 weeks ago and have not had anything wrong with it. The lady explained the warranty to me and what it covers and even asked me if I wanted to increase my warranty cover. The guys were very polite and very helpful when asked questions relating to the engine and service.
I do not understand that some people might have a bad experience but not with Global Cars, maybe with the people round the back who sometimes mislead customers like they did me and say they are part of Global Cars until I found out they were not.

The service I recieved was appaling and the car had a fault with it within 10 minutes of driving off. They were very abusive, when I asked them to fix the car and was even told it was my fault! I would not reccomend this place to anyone. Beware before you purchase a car from Global Cars as I can assure you they will be a problem, just look how the reviews range from 5 stars to 1. Clearly there is an inconsistenty here.

I got a mini cooper from global cars on finance and because iam young it was difficult but they made it happened and the staffs are very nice and helpful, they are very polite. i will buy from them again and diffidently i recommend globalcars.

The Volvo S40 that I bought was faulty from Day 1.
Global agreed to pay for any and all repairs. Unfortunately, a Volvo main dealer confirmed that it needed a new engine! Global Cars acted with complete integrity - I returned the car and received a full refund. 10/10 for service, 3/10 for the car.

Bought a car from here about a year ago Ford Fiesta - drove a bit funny on the test drive, was spun a load of rubbish by the guy who worked here about why - and he reassured me it would be fine. Very quickly after buying (within 2 months) anything and everything went wrong. Coils, sensors, wishbone, handbrake......
When I got it fixed I was told that these faults should have been and could of been found a lot sooner by the seller. AVOID. Dishonest and happy to send you away in a car they know has major faults. Also felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there - go somewhere else.

I purchased a Honda CRV from Global Cars 9 months ago and included within the deal was a 'gold' warranty. I have recently taken the car to a garage for a new mot and have been told that there is inexcess of £500 worth of work to make it pass. All of which is listed within the warranty document, none of which they are willing to pay for. Previous MOT slips make a few recommendations but the most recent carried out by Global doesn't and says everything is fine. I WOULD ADVISE ANY CAR BUYERS TO BE VERY CAUTIOUS.

I Found this company when I was just driving past! I bought a car for my daughter and had none of the problems people here have expressed. The staff where lovely and helpful. My daughter loved the car and has had no problems with it.

I bought a car from them and it broke the week after. They avoided my calls and are very rude. I have not solved the problem and they don’t want to know. Please, do not by cars from this dealer. They just want your money and run.

Under no circumstances should anyone risk there life buying a car here.......thy do not quality check there cars and could'nt care less when there is a problem we bought a car from there that was severly carroded on the underside and it took 3 month's to sort out the manager is rude thy do not return phone calls and thy ignore you and hope you go away the car we purchased was catagorised extremly dangerous and was a death trap we were told the only good place for it would be a crusher.we had to resort to the help of the media to get our money back good old BBC our programme was aired on bbc X ray on 15th of november go check it out global cars refused to apoligise or answer any questions stay well clear if you value your life and that of your children because these people couldnt care less if we were killed I wouldnt send my worst enemy here to buy a car.

The water pump went and we asked for them to fix it. Global cars said they would only cover labour. we phoned them as a third party and asked about what cover they did and they said full (labour and parts) for 3 months.
They were also un willing to negociate because the car was stuck in brighton - we had to take it back to him and towing the car would cost £150 which we had to pay but the quote we had to fix the pump was only £220 which we would have gone halves on.
Stay clear of this place, they are very unhelpful.

Unfortunately I will have to disagree with the review above. I purchase a car from this dealer, and straight away I encoder numerous of problems, which the dealer was not prepared to deal with. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy, please stay well away.
Not only are they careless when it comes to customer service, they are rude and most definitely just after your money, once that is in their hands they dont want to know you anymore.
