Bancroft Garage

Becks and colleagues were fabulous today. The heat plate on my car’s undercarriage had got bent on an incline and was scraping like the call of an enraged giant-sized eagle on every single speed bump in London (as we know, there are many!). Becks and crew made time to check it out for me on the same day I called and fixed the problem in minutes FOR FREE. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and kind. I’ll be back. I had broken down in London today, a few hours away from home with my two young boys in the back. 2 hours we were stranded, no recovery was Available due to the bank holiday and time of the year. After phoning a few local garages off google we phone this one, we were told to come straight down and they’d have a look. We managed to limp it over and the owner temporarily fixed up the leak in the coolant tank so I could drive my family back home. Never have I received such an act of kindness at the owner doing this completely free of charge and not wanting anything even as a thank you. Anyone in the area should give them custom, in a world like ours is now. Genuine acts of kindest are really hard to come by. Thank you again.

A really good car service. Everything you want from a car garage, honest traditional and always busy so make sure you book ahead! They are usually quite flexible if you do want to drop the car in.

They have looked after my car since 2006, I am driving the same car and it still purrs like a kitten.
