I rang up to check they fixed cars like mine, and they said they did. I described the fault, and they said, no problem. They took the car in, ran their diagnostics, then said they had no idea what was wrong, and they didn't have the right kind of machine. I'd have to take it to a different garage. They charged me 54 quid to tell me they could do nothing.

Always been very happy with the quality and speed of work done by AGM.

They are always busy but seem well organised and very accommodating and helpful.

Certainly a good option especially when compared to main dealers etc who I regularly find hopeless!

Manager needs to work on customer service skills, he has no level of communication and is very arrogant. Went there as me and family have been using this garage for years, however the level of service has gone down pretty bad and we definitely wont be giving our business to them ever again!
I suggest putting the manager back on the garage floor doing labour instead of a office job as he clearly has no experience.

AGM in Kilburn is the best place ever to get your annual MOT done. Easy to find and park. Nice cosy office with free wifi. Really friendly staff. And they are VERY efficient and punctual.
They don't find imaginery faults, but fix little things for you, often without charge. You can explore Kilburn High Road while you wait, usually 1 hour, or 1.5.
The car will be ready for you when you return.
