Possibly the rudest retail experiece ever!
Unhelpfull, blatently rude, on three seperate occasions.
Seems like they are trying to go bankrupt!

I have just visited this shop, being a girl I find Music Shops a bit intimidating being so Male dominated.I have to say I found the two shop assistants at Rockstop extremely helpful. I decribed what I was looking for and wanted to achieve, they showed me several options with demonstrations. Great!

I had bought two pedals in here in the past and I remember the people working there being a bit funny and not very friendly but I've had a bit of trouble with of my condensor microphone so thought I'd go in there and ask for some advice as they were selling a similar mics in the window. The guy was really unhelpful and as soon as I mentioned the mic I could tell he didn't want to know, he was being very difficult and giving me stupid answers, his friend was sniggering next to him so I just said thanks for the great advice and left. The other shops in the area are so much more friendly and helpful so I will avoid this place in future and buy my next pedal elsewhere.

This shop is brilliant - they are so helpful - it's what going into a shop should always be like. I've used Rock Stop in the past and went there this time in search of a replacement power supply adaptor for a Zoom guitar effects pedal - I needed it today. But you can't buy them over the counter - they only come with the pedal - yes, you can buy online, but it will take days to arrive.

Rock Shop got on the phone, ordered a replacement, and sold me one from a pedal they had in stock.
They didn't have to do that. No one else in any of the other music shops round there offered that. Really - it's a top place.

This is my favourite shop in the Tin Pan Alley area. Bought an MPC off them and once them helped me test out an old Matrix 1000 which I dragged in there. Good guys.
