I have the opposite experience to the previous review, I have been a customer of Widescreen Centre for over 3 years and I get all my astro imaging equipment from there. Simon, the manager has always been helpful whether it be on the phone, in person or via email and when I have purchased "delicate" items he has delivered them personally free of charge, perhaps the previous reviewer went to a different shop. Sometimes website information changes and perhaps it would have been prudent of the previous reviewer to ring first rather than making a long trip. There are a lot of website only based businesses that may sell the goods cheaper but you don't get to see the article first before buying, the Widescreen Centre is both web based and has a shop so you get the best of both worlds. I have no hesitation in recommending them and always make a point of visiting when I am in London

I travelled from west midlands to visit the widescreen centre in London ,off baker street and couldnt beleive the arrogance of the manager. We stood waiting for his asistant to come of the fone chatting to be told they didnt have what it had said on the website they had in stock and were made to feel like idiots..Id like to apologise for wasting his time..We took our business elsewhere..It did spoil our day in London though ,but never mind,,,
