MY experience with BCS February 2012???
FRI 17 FEB: dropped off laptop for repair quote
WED 22 FEB: no response, so phoned to follow up. am told someone will ring me back.
THU 23 FEB: no one has phoned back. follow up phone call in the morning. am told someone will ring back. later received a phone call with some information, but am told they will ring back with full quote.
FRI 24 FEB: no response. phoned to follow up on total quote. receptionist has no information and says she'll have someone ring me back.
MON 27 FEB: phone up for information and call is sent directly to voicemail. i left a message. later i phoned again and was given a message that the shop is shut for refurbishment until mid-April. i sent an email and posted on twitter asking for my laptop back.
TUE 28 FEB: i waited outside the shop to speak to someone. ended up leaving a note in the door. still no return of phone call or email. still no laptop.
LONDON BCS, if you are out there, check your messages and return my laptop please. i need it for work.
