Pimicleaning

this company is disgraceful. i hired them to do an end of tenancy clean and the place was left so dirty that the estate agents have told me i have to get another cleaner in. When i contacted them to discuss they were extremely rude and kept telling me they would call me back.
this never happened. Stay away from this firm, they also operate under cleancleaning probably because they have no one wanting to use them.

I hired Pimi Cleaning to clean an apartment after the tenants had vacated the property at the end of Sept 2009.
They charged me for 10 hours cleaning, but only cleaned the kitchen cupboards (badly, as we had to redo them), the fridge, the oven, the windows and the family bathroom, which was already clean. They did not sweep any of the floors, nor clean them, they did not dust or clean any of the furniture, they did not clean the en-suite, etc, etc, etc.
All in all, I guess that they did maximum 2 hours worth of cleaning.
I phoned to complain and was told that they would investigate and get back to me. I am still waiting for the call. I have tried calling a couple of times since, but there was no reply.
I advise everyone to stay well away from this cleaning company, as they charge the earth for a really bad cleaning service.
