This is a useful local shop as it has a good stock of items and there's not much competition around. Unfortunately, this is maybe why the staff rest on their laurels when it comes to providing an efficient, friendly service. I have lost count how many times I've waited far too long to be served, and even been ignored completely for so long that I've walked out in annoyance. This has just happened again, and I've now vowed to take my custom elsewhere in future - they don't deserve my business.
