I'm totally ,I just called up this shop to get a quote, and my reply " hello do you know what day it is" and they out the phone down!!!!, this is obviously is not a professional business, if your business phone number is out for people to find and your not open on a sunday then I suggest you get a answer phone and do not answer your phone, so very rude and I obviously not be using this shop and wi not recommen either.

They should do the job within the time they have stated and not book to come and then cancel on more than one occasion.

Glasscraft installed a large conservatory for us. Excellent product, absolute gentlemen (including assistant) and willing to take our concerns and design input on board. No pressure for payment Would definately use again and recommend to friends
