I am not in the trade and not a great at DIY however I needed a part for a hot water pump and these guys were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable and they had the part in stock. They even suggested the best way of fitting. I told them I was not trade and they said it didn't matter as they would charge the same. It's a good old fashioned company that values it's customers.

They are very knowlegable and they know what they talking about.Wish there were more like this shop in all the parts of London.And they have a very large stock, you can find nearly anything to do with plumping there. Once again,

Very helpful service in the shop, with loads of supplies and knowledgeable salesmen. Crowded with repeat customers while other plumbing supplies stores in the area were empty!
