Our aim is to provide a local, friendly bespoke service at the heart of the community with the customer’s needs and wants to the forefront of our objectives.

Sometimes making contact with contractors can be an intimidating and confusing process; sometimes as customers, we can feel like we are doing the contractor a favour in giving them our business or that we are being problematic by asking questions.

At A&B we aim to be different, we understand you may not have knowledge in the services we provide, after all why should you? We also know that customers can ask questions that may seem to those ‘in the know’ impractical or unworkable.

We will always explain our working processes and methods to you patiently and in the clearest terms so that you understand exactly what you are paying for and why.

So, whatever your question, even if it is just for free advice, please come and see us in the shop for a chat, or give us a call or drop us an email. Be assured we will always treat you and your queries with respect and patience.

We hope to see you soon!

James and the team.

I contacted this company for them to change the glass from clear to sandblasted in my conservatory. The service I received was outstanding, efficient and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful job!

I've used A & B for framing for several years now. I have always been extremely impressed with the quality of their work, but also with their excellent friendly service. Going to have something framed here is a genuine pleasure as it always entails a good chat about whatever it is that is being framed, the news of the day, or whatever else. Not being an expert on framing myself, it has always been great to be guided through my options. Very highly recommended

I went to this shop last week and was pretty clueless about what i wanted but the shop manager was a great help and very friendly. He took a great deal of time to explain the best practices and when I later shopped around to check on prices his was the cheapest. Good old fashioned face to face service. Highly recommended.

I'm sure these guys are generally good. But on a simple reglazing job, a window frame was damaged, and it was left. I think damage should be repaired while they are on site, not left for me to deal with afterwards. have discussed with them and got nowhere; not good enough in my opinion.

ive had business dealings with the owner for many years and can fully understand the positive reviews on this site. a friendly fellow ,prompt and competetive.
a truly wonderful local business man . if you meet him ask for his old stories about his "good looking " mates ear lobes ! also try to encourage him to stand for parliament as he would make a great foreign secretary !! diplomacy is his middle name. useless fact number 1 . he came third in the enfield hiphop dance championship a few years back !! a great character. best local shop in north london and best glass shop in the whole of london. ask for bill !

i was really surprised at the negative experience had on here by one person, ive always found the people involved with this business very helpful and polite.
i particularly like the owner who is a jolly old fellow and a dead ringer for lionel jeffries, i actually recognised him from our younger days playing football in north london, we had a jolly chat about the old days, and it was good to hear his ugly mate is still around too.

I was very disappointed with the service i received when i called them. I was trying to explain my requirements for picture framing and was constantly interrupted by the man on the phone, and because he failed to understand me (Paintworks were able to) he then hung up on me.Maybe he was having a bad day but not my fault. I won't be going there and I don't think anyone i know will be either.

wonderfull service with a smile the proprieter must be the friendliest shopkeeper in london! efficient too.
also bumped into the owner in a nightclub in enfield and couldnt believe what a great dancer he was, he took the podium by storm and he must be the closest look a like to sean connery ive ever seen.
a real pleasure meeting him and having him replace our window. what a cheery fellow.
