The fabrics and cushions are very beautiful but the customer service is very poor. The website needs much improvement as it is not clear whether your purchase has gone through as no conformation is given. I got charged twice! It was however refunded a day or two later. The telephone manner of certain members of staff is very poor,after clear instructions they took my address down incorrectly resulting in an expensive cushion being delivered to the wrong address with no tracking or signature required I fortunately knew the person who it was delivered to. Staff need lessons in people skills
