I would have to disagree with the other two users. Highly Sprung at Battersea did not just have lovely staff but they were very helpful and efficient, especially Rachel. We ordered a classic sofa which was well made and arrived a week earlier than our quoted 8-12 weeks. Absolutely delighted and satisfied. Please note Highly Sprung at Battersea is sadly confused with Highly Sprung of Tottenham Court Road...they are NOT the same company, please check this before you buy as a little research always helps.

My sofa was ordered in October 2009 for delivery before Christmas and sadly still waiting for it. The customer service is horrible and no one seems to be able to provide a delivery date for my order. I would have cancelled the order but the room has been designed keeping the dimensions of the sofa bed and therefore will need to keep behind their backs to get delivery of the sofa. My guests are due to arrive in two weeks and keeping my fingers crossed. Really shameful Highly Sprung !!!

Sadly we ordered a sofa from Highly Sprung in August 2009. We now have 10 February, and the sofa still hasn't arrived yet - delivery date was mid-October 2009. The customer service we have received was unfortunately non-existent.
