Fitted Carpets

Popped into Fitted Carpets on Mare Street, Friday 3rd Nov.

I showed their manager Jason some photos of my stairs & landings to be carpeted. He went through some carpet choices with me & arranged a measurement viewing.

One of their fitters, Nick came round mine on Tuesday 7th Nov to measure up.

The following Tuesday 14th Nov, 2 fitters Sam & Nick fitted up my 2 landings & stairs in under 4 hours. They did a lovely job & were nice, friendly gents.

This is The best floor Company I have Ever been to.I have used this company for many years now because they are experts in what they do.Incredibly polite and friendly,have a fantastic range of different types of flooring to suit everyone's budget.Jason the manager/owner is the most genuine business owner I think I've ever met as everyone these days tries to rip you off.This is THE company to go to.I cannot speak highly enough of this company and infact If I had the money I would invest because they really deserve to expand.A company who provide skill,great products at a fair price

In the begging i was so happy with the company. Was very friendly My aunt recommended me as she gets her carpet done all the time from there. They came and fitted the vinyl flooring all through my house was very happy. Untill i notice a few problems. I Call the shop up and speak to someone about the issues I found he said that the manager would call me back i did not receive a call. So I called them again a few days later and spoke to the manager and he said he will call me the following day to arrange someone to come and have a look at the problems as the shop is realy busy at the moment witch is not my fault but I understand i did not get a call. So then I popped to the shop to speak to him in person but the manager was not there so spoke to the guy. Who I already spoke with on the phone the first time round. All he could say is he was sorry but they are very busy but he will get the manager to call me and get one of the men to come round. Still to this day 5 weeks later have i has my flooring sorted out. NOPE do not give this company your money as they don’t have no customer service.

Brilliant company! Busy but worth waiting for. In love with my new carpet. Jason was so helpful and a lovely man. He got the carpet up the stairs and in without ruining my new paintwork and laid it perfectly. So so happy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again myself for my next project. Thank you!

What a marvellous company. They've been there for more than 30 years and know everything about carpets and flooring without being at all pretentious or expensive. They fitted 4 flights and 4 landings perfectly in a couple of hours. And edged the carpet in the colour of my choice. Brilliant.

Very fast service ..carpet layed to a very high standard nice workmen and helpfull . cleaned up brilliant ..really impressed .

They just did our carpet runner. they were intime for the job, they worked quickly and cleanly and they did it the way we asked it for. So nice job and I would receommend Jason, very nice and polite guy who will listen to what you want and not try to sell you what he wants you to buy. Big difference with all these sharks out there.

I have bought carpets since the 70s when we bought our first house in Leyton and used them again a few years ago in our current house in Essex. I would recommend the management and staff for their professionalism and their customer care and I've always dealt with the same manager after all these years. I've just recommended the shop to my sister and I hope she will experience the same as I have over the years well done
