I have been customer of this krypton sec for past 5/6 years, at the beginning I think they were OK, but last couple of year their annual service lacks proper customer service. I will hAve to review my options on next renewals.
Overall not very impressive .

peter the safe engineer was very professional , done a great job on my safe highly recomened , he explained everything he was doing , a fine craftsman , very pleased all work gauranteed for 12 months , peace of mind , i would say very highly recomened 20 out 10 ,
