I took in a Miele Cat & Dog in at 8:30 on Tuesday - stuck on overheat lock-out - they recommended repairing the board rather than £50 plus labour to replace the board. They called at 12:30 Wednesday and the machine was back home working just over 24 hours after it was taken in. Perfect service. Thanks. Alex SW18
