I should like to forward a comment about your Caramel Macchiato made in your Piccadilly store, London. It does not resemble anything like the examples made elsewhere. It does not have the sustained frothy milk and the overall standard of the café – which I pass every day on my way to work – is definitely below that of other Starbucks.
I pass these comments on in what I hope is a constructive manner and look forward hopefully to enjoying a proper Caramel Macchiato one day in Piccadilly!
