The Sunflower Cafe is a retreat of tranquility amongst the busiest streets in Britain. It is such a pleasant contrast to sit down and contemplate around the corner from battling your way down Regent and Oxford streets and a break from the normal franchise chains where you can't actually relax.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have that genuine 'old school' personal touch where every customer is valued individually- a facet that has all but disappeared from similar businesses in central London.
The food is gorgeous and cooked to order and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. The menu is so varied you will be stuck for choice and I am sure you will find yourself returning, as I did to work your way down the list!

Never actually been inside, we use their takeaway service daily at work.
Friendly staff, great choice of (customisable) dishes, quick (free) delivery and the best bit:
- the food takes great! :o)
I couldn't rate them high enough.

So close to Oxford Street, but you wouldn't know it from the quiet street the cafe is on. Delicious food, great coffee. I've always eaten in, been given a massive plate of food and been really looked after. Lovely people, everyone seems to know each other/lots of regulars which makes for a really nice atmosphere. Nice place to rest your feet if you're out shopping!

The Sunflower Cafe is one of nicest cafés in London. There are so few places like this left, it should be treasured!
