Hello Sushi

I have ordered here more than once because the food is nice and cheap compared to other sushi places in London. The customer service however is so unbelievably poor. A couple of times that I ordered food and didn't get everything I ordered I was told that they'd send someone to give me the rest of my order and they never did, nor was I ever reimburssed for it. And if you try and ring the landline to speak to someone, you can't understand a word they say on the phone and they always end up hanging up on you while you are mid sentence. I am always very nice on the phone, and I have not been hung up by the people on the other end of the phone out of spite but rather out of complete ignorance. Please please please start listening to your customers and be honest to them in return. Don't do them wrong. This needs to change or the customer rate will go down. As far as I have seen, it already has.
