Loon Wah

Must amazing food;) always busy trying to get through but clear why that is the case! Delicious!

Have regularly used Loon Wah for last 12 months, either booking a home delivery or ordering in shop. It delivers a really good quality of food. Some takeaway restaurants offer inferior food to a sit down restaurant but this ISN'T one of them. Am not sure how long it's been established but only thing I would advise for home delivery is book before you need to (weekends) or you may never get past the engaged tone! But that's because it is so good it's mega busy. Lived in New Barnet many years but wish I discovered long ago, far superior to what I had been using.

They got my order wrong, and then when the delivery driver returned to my house he tried to charge me for the left item, which was rice. Uncommon to order a main without rice I would have thought. Very bad customer service. The food that I did get was not satisfactory. I had to hand the rice back due to the charge.

very busy sometimes difficult to get through on phone but for a good reason! this is a fantastic chinese takeaway! generous portions, freshly cooked, friendly staff and they deliver!! wouldnt go anywhere else now.
