I have had the same experience as the other two reviews here. The man that works here seems to have a pattern of being extremely rude to anyone picking up a parcel.

I'll echo exactly the same experience as the lady below. I've no idea who owns this place but the miser I encountered not only was totally unreasonable but whilst searching for our parcel was throwing the other parcels across the room!!! Thankfully there wasn't anything breakable in ours.

DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ALLOW IT TO BE USED AS A UPS COLLECTION POINT!!!! One of the men who works here, refused to allow me to collect my parcel after I rang ahead to see if my parcel was there and he continued to talk over me not once, not twice but three times. As a result I now have to wait an additional four working days for a re-delivery. He was extremely rude, unhelpful and generally incompetent. Please do not shop here or use this as a UPS collection point I honestly cannot stress this enough. I would give it a negative number out of 10 if it were possible.
