Tesco Superstore

Good service, clean store and everything stocked. I went in and got everything I needed. Polite staff and security understood my disabilities prevent me from wearing a face mask and did not accost me for it. I was not made to feel like a leper and felt safe in the store. Thank you.

Disgusted first time I've been out since lock down. Security was letting people in without masks!! Reported to customer service and staff. No one did anything still served these people. 7 people not wearing masks and others not wearing them properly. I made a complaint and they did nothing. I will not be going to Tescos again and I shall be letting my friends and family know it is not safe in this store. Sainsbury down the road in winchmore hill was enforcing this and everyone wore masks. They will lose a lot of customer due to this. How can they let customers into the store without masks and endanger and spreed this virus? They are clearly this store is not following guelines no distancing as well in ques. Completely discussed is an understatement!
