Perfect Fried Chicken

I ordered a large doner meat and chips and received a small or regular sized. Also friend found a hair underneath his burger and asked to speak to the manager. The manager said he'll make another burger even though my friend didn't want it. The manager refused to pay the money back and swore at us and was rude and called the police on us claiming we did not pay for our food as he was embarrassed infront of customers. Police resolved the issue and laughed at the manager and told him to return our money which then led to us being banned from the shop.

This PFC is not so bad, even though I prefer the chicken shop next to it which is Real Taste, its just that I get forced by my friends to come here, the atmosphere in the shop is pleasant and friendly, and the staff are quite helpful. the prices are good and very competitive. The food is freshly cooked and are decent portions, the other good factor about this PFC is that it is open all hours of the night, so you are sure to get some junk late at night. The only complaints I have about this place is that they always overcook their Donners, and it's alway burnt and I find it quite dry which has made me stop buying Donner from there, also likewise I find the chicken overcooked and dry, Not Succulent. Once I had a biriyani from there which gave me the Runs, so the only thing I eat from there are Burger Meals which I find quite desirable.
