Flames Kebab

Hated it
Seriously bad customer service. Was told 35-40 mins for delivery time, after an hour still no sign so called to chase up and was told the delivery driver forgot to take it. So obviously my food has just been sat there. I said that if it wasn't hot or fresh when arrived I would be asking for a fresh delivery. The delivery driver was extremely rude when we asked him to take it back and ended up just walking away while we were trying to talk to him. Certainly won't be using again.

Flames kebab is the best kebab house in Enfield - Have been using them weekly for the last couple of years and rarely have a problem.

called flames, they were very helpful in taking our order.
when our food arrived it was cold, half of our order was missing.
there was not much meat and what was, was burnt and dry.
i called to complain and was told "well what do you want me to do".

i will never order from here again :(

Excellent friendly service. I have used this place several times and I don't know what happened to the other reviewer but the food has always been excellent and delivery always prompt. Two thumbs up!

Customer service not too bad but food came and the order was completely wrong. Also had to wait 1hr20mins. Got a refund and will never go there again.
