Boots The Chemist

Not a happy customer. My husband went to collect my medication, was told that the dispensary was closed as there was no Pharmacist available. They forwarded my prescription to their branch, when my husband went there he was only given 2 items out of 6 that were prescribed. I phoned falcon Lane branch on Monday regarding the rest of my medication as this was my nominated pharmacy I was told there was nothing else on my script. I called my Dr. Surgery regarding the missing items, I was told all 6 items were on the script. I told the Dr surgery that the pharmacy had not received it, so the receptionist from the surgery phoned Boots and on further checks the missing items suddenly appeared on the script, the receptionist was told the prescription was forwarded to their St. John's Road branch. I went personally went to the St. John's Road branch and asked for the rest of my medication again was told besides the two items they had not received anything else. I told the Pharmacist the surgery and falcon Lane confirmed the items were on the prescription, mericalusly the missing items appeared on the script. Due to this I could not take my medication for 2 days. I am a diabetic and suffer from high blood pressure, so I am not a happy customer.
