Booked flu jab online, 1.10pm. Arrived on time, asked to sit and name will be called. 1.30pm, lady next to me with 1pm app. says they are running late. Watched others have their names called out. 1.45pm asked how much longer, was told my appointment was 1.10pm to which I agreed and explained I had been waiting since then. Filled in a form. 2pm asked how much longer. Was finally seen at 2.30pm. No explanation, no apology. I suggest customer service be improved.
