BodyAlign is an exciting new wellbeing centre, offering Pilates, yoga and functional classes, within the heart of Elephant and Castle.

Taking place in a unique space within a shipping container in the heart of Elephant and Castle, makes this yoga studio a little bit different.


With the boutique studio means we offer more personal, dynamic and specialised classes where we can fit in up to 10 people into each class.

We offer a number of classes covering a number of different styles of yoga and Pilates classes. We want to bring you a timetable of yoga and Pilates classes that’s diverse, beneficial and bang on trend.

All our classes are taught by a team of hand-picked teachers, all at the top of their game, our classes cater for every individual and level of practitioner, so everyone from brand new beginners, to head-standing old hats can reap the plentiful benefits of one of our classes where we can fit in no more than ten people per class.

We provide top of the range, Manduka yoga mats, blocks and belts in our studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat or towel to place over them.
