I wish it wasn't such a ridiculous idea to hope to leave the salon without colour all over my face and my make up in a mess, especially in a place where they charge you 120 £?? Nope, having a laugh and asking me where I come from doesn't help, or neither handing me a loyalty card. I cancelled my night out and left feeling like a fool for expecting I would have walked out of the salon looking better than when I walked in. It wasn't my first visit but I found out the hard way this sort of things aren't a one off. On my first visit they assumed I wanted a "rough dry". Low standards and rude

My experience was rubbish.
First I went in there and asked if they could fit me in. The first answer was 'only if you pay £79' so I said thats too much for a trim. Then another lady said, 'no we can do it for £49'.
I came home and saw the disaster properly. The nape is wonky. The bangs don't even line up with themselves let alone the rest. Around the ears have just been hacked. You can see cut lines everywhere. There is a big chunk shaved off the bottom. The side burns are not even. I will now have to go somewhere to get it fixed.
The one star was because they washed my hair.

I just visited this place for my first visit and....O....M.....G!!! I'm in love! Not only am I loving my whole new look but my stylist Tash is AMAZING!! She honestly lived up to her reviews and more! I've never had a hairdresser like her, I've walked away with great knowledge about my hair and how to keep it looking flawless inbetween now and my next appointment but most of all I had FUN at the hairdressers! I had no idea what I wanted but she sure did and she was right! Thank u again Tash....u rock!

I waited for an hour while my stylist finished his previous appointment. My usual stylist had left so I was offered to try his replacement at a discount. At the end I was charged £50 more than I have paid before, even with the discount. When queried the receptionist explained that the stylist had done more highlights than I normally have. I left feeling complelely mugged off, hardly the desired result from what should be a pleasant experience! Rush Soho, you should explain to your clients if it is going to cost more. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Sam has been my hairdresser of choice for over a year now.
It is hard to find a hairdresser who knows exactly what cuts would suit you, listens to you and delivers a great cut every time - Sam is that person for me.
I can recommend hime and Rush Soho to anyone in need of an amazing haircut :-)

I've been to this salon to see Tash twice now, and have been incredibly happy both times.
On my second visit I came in for a cut and dip dye. Tash is amazing, really friendly, chatty and fun. She really understood what I wanted and made sure I walked out feeling good with a smile on my face!
I'd 100% recommend the salon and Tash. Looking forward to going back!

Sam, one of the consultants, has been cutting my hair for about 4 years now (going with him when he moved salons from 50 miles away) and never fails to get it right first time.
I've never been that confident with my hair but Sam always listens, offers great honest advice and tips for recreating styles away from the salon. I'd definitely recommend for a great gents cut.
He's also good for a laugh at the same time.

I think I've been visiting this Salon for about a year now and always walk out with a smile on my face, not to mention a perfect new do. Tash is amazing and knows exactly how you want your hair. Even if it's a little risky, she always makes it look and feel fab. Thanks again and cya in a few weeks for my next top up!

This was my first visit to Rush Charing Cross Rd. Received very warm welcome and stylist was very professional and friendly. Asked for cut n colour. The cut was excellent and colour beautiful, exactly what I wanted.

I've been coming to get my hair done here for over a year. I first came to see Sam when I needed a major hair overhaul. I was a bit apprehensive because changing stylists can be risky, but I'm really glad that I made the decision because I really look forward to my regular appointments here. Sam is very knowledgeable, excellent (and passionate!) at what he does, and always listens to what I ask for. Some stylists "listen" and do what they want to do, but we always sit down together and have a chat beforehand and I always leave happy. I am so glad to have found him!

Went in there for a major overhaul to celebrate the weather improving. Came out with a fantastic haircut - I've had nothing but compliments about it. Staff are friendly, welcoming and well trained. Tash is amazing, she got what I wanted straight away and improved on a basic idea.

I've drifted between salons in my life but found a real keeper at Rush with Tash! She's chatty, friendly and fun without getting distracted from the job in hand - doing a killer job with my fringe and layers. The salon itself is new, fresh and comfortable and you never feel like they're upselling the way other stylists can. I'll be back again and again because whilst it isn't the cheapest cut you can get in London you definitely get what you pay for - a cut that lasts the full three months in my case!

I have been going to Rush for the last 18 months and it always delivers! Must have had 5 haircuts there now and they've all been stylish and excellently cut! I see Tash now and she's friendly fun and most importantly knows how to cut my hair! Highly recommended!

I have been to Rush twice now and think that it's brilliant. I will always be coming back here.
Tash is amazing. Welcomes you with a huge smile and a hug, talks through your colour options in detail until you are 100% happy, does a killer cut and recommends products that suit both your hair and your budget. She is friendly, lovely and makes the whole experience really enjoyable.

If you want your best friend to cut your hair go to Tash - she is amazing, funny and one of a kind! ( just dont tell her that too much....her head might get big! Haha )
