Centini Blowdry Bar

I couldn't disagree more with these reviews I've just stumbled upon (Googled the salon as wanted to call them). Max has been doing my hair for over 15 years (possibly nearer 20!) and he is a dream - friendly, knowledgeable and I always come out looking my best. I also LOVE the blow-dries the Blowdry Bar gives. Being able to choose how you want to look from the pictures is a genius idea and I can usually make one of their blow-dries last for four or five days depending on what I'm doing. I adore this Blowdry Bar. I'm sorry if one or two people had an unfortunate experience, but please don't be put off by these reviews - it is genuinely a fantastic place to get your hair done. Here's to another 20 years.

Lively girls and salon. Hideous manager with a bad attitude and the arrogance and attitude of a tired toddler.
Absolutely zero customer service skills despite being sent proof of the outcome of my blow dry- at a salon that specialises in blow dries?
I was told they aren’t responsible if the blow dry is crap when you leave the salon.
I have curly hair and if not dries 100% it will puff up and lose shape.
I have had blow dries for over 30 yrs and after having some lovely blow dries here I had 2 in a row that were awful the next day, I sent in photos to say it wasn’t unreasonable to expect to not pay for these blowdries and was told it’s my hair, this isn’t the salon for me and bye bye!?
More customer care and training needed for this manager as his team are so lovely!

I was left waiting for 30 minutes for a 7.30 am appointment. Due to this I was late for work. I completely understand that staff don't always show up on time. However the owner was rude, told me these things just happen and was unapologetic and had no regard for my time.

Terrible service!!!! Front desk is rude and very unwelcoming. Would never go back again. I arrived and wanted to change my treatment and was advised I couldn't. I have worked in salons and customer service and never found somwhere so uunaccomodating. Stay away. Plenty of nicer places in Fulham to go.
