Went in to discuss a colour in august then booked an appointment for September. Arrived for my appointment to be told that the hairdresser was off but no one had contacted me to let me know. I took the morning off work! Was told will call me to book again. A week later I received a call and booked for 5pm on a Wednesday. At 3pm on the day of the appointment I received a call (6 weeks after my initial chat with them) to ask if I had had a patch test….no mention on any previous visits or discussions….and that I couldn’t have my hair done until then so would have to cancel. Very unprofessional I’m afraid.

The staff at the salon are both friendly and excellent
hairdressers / beauticians. They have looked after me from the first fluffy re-growth of post chemotherapy to my now full head of shiny, beautifully cut hair. One of my best friends, a hairdresser, is very impressed with the cut and condition of my hair.
Consultations are free so there is nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful experience . Staff very friendly and professional. Love the decor and new sound system. Enjoyed the mixed age and sex of the clients. Been a regular for a while and won't go anywhere else now. Recovering from breast cancer and the staff where so kind and supportive. Kirsty helped when I had chemo with cutting of my locks and styling my wig,,,now not needed! And also with my new hair growth and suitable styling. Pampering all at one location!!! Much needed when the cancer hit. Something Kirsty knows all about from family experience. Give the Salon a try you won't regret it.

Fabulous shop the staff are professional Kirsty the Owner did my hair so impressed, I went because after a disastrous colour and cut at OTT Sydenham,Kirsty put right the colour, but the cut will have to wait until the short uneven layers have grown out, I had a facial by Sophie and that was lovely, she used Glamgow im well impressed, I will be a regular from now cant praise the staff and shop enough n beautiful décor lovely experience give it go, you will love it,also very good price list. IMPRESSED

Just dropped by for a cut. After an absolutely horrible cut at Hari's on the King's Road in Chelsea (near my workplace, gave it a shot and won't be going back there, awful) I decided to stay local and pop down the road to Ooh La Laa. The name somewhat off putting but by hell they know how to give you a serious cut. Loved it, great banter, lovely staff and more importantly a fantastic haircut. It also doesn't cost the earth either, mens' wash and cut came to 15 quid, well on par with anywhere else. Will certainly be going back.
