My wife went to see a hairdresser to have a root perm. This turned out to be a disaster, she did perm the roots but managed to straighten the rest of her hair. When she called to ask for this to be rectified by trimming this off she wanted to charge her £35. We expected it to be free as she messed up the hair, it even states from £25 on their website !
Absolutely appalling service. I cannot recommend this hairdresser

Customer service is appalling here. Even if you have been visiting the salon for 10 years, they are just rude. I have been visiting here for a long time, and the only reason i put up with the rudeness is because atleast the haircut used to always turn out good. On my most recent visit, the owner was rude as usual, rushed through my haircut and it was appalling. Now i have to find somewhere else to go and fix the horrible haircut she has given me. Will not be returning. Please improve your service.

The place is expensive and not nice at all. I called them by the phone and asked how much just to cut my hair, they said it's 20-25 pounds. They washed and cut my hair in 20 minutes and took 38 pounds!!! I was shocked about the price! When I asked why it's more than 20-25 pounds, they said that it is a normal. The price list says that it costs 20-25 pounds too!!!!
I am very upset about this place. The owner is not friendly at all. It looks that they just want to take your money. The owner will never say thank you or goodbye, customer service is really bad...

Brilliant service and excellent hair cut! I am always delighted with the outcome as staff know exactly what is expected from customers. A big thumbs up any day!

This place was expensive, considering the same service costs £4 LESS in central London. The waxing did not follow the procedure I am used too. She just splashed on the wax on my face, smeared it over the area I wanted waxed and ripped it off. Really disappointed as the price I was given changed from asking to getting cash. A shame because the service was good.

They also were nice people; talkative, polite, and just smiling.
I got one of the best services i have ever had and it was a low price, so i will come there again when i need a haircut and a highlights in my hair.
