Kosmos

I am a black foster carer with a white child. I smiled and said Hi after not receiving a response I said "Hi" again. I only got an extremely cold unwelcoming expression. I asked about their services and told them I had a lively child that I would like to bring along later that day. Before I could ask any further details I was promptly told with an ice cold expression that they do not do afro hair! I thanked them and left never to return
