I had my colour cut and blowdry done by Martha absolutely amazing, I love my hair!she listen everything I sayed and want, she carefully advise me she is so professional I will definitely go back to her !

I went there for the first time and asked for a balayage cut and blowdry, i showed the lady a picture and asked for a natural colour (i have got brown hair) and i ended up with a colour which was nearly blond i hated it. I went back there the following day telling them i was not happy with the colour and they offered me a new appointment without any extra cost to do another colour. Justyna did a lovely job on my hair, she found the proper colour and it looks gorgeous, i am very happy now and recommend it (and her)

Visited salon for an appointment with a specific stylist, however on the day was told on arrival that stylist was not in. Turned out that appointment had been booked for the next week! I needed to have my hair cut so was told that another stylist was able to cut my hair. She was good and my hair turned out fine. On paying I agreed a price when I initially booked my appointment but was told that the price given was wrong!! I was asked to pay extra. I did not agree with the receptionist and only paid price quoted. Would not visit again as salon is not professionally run.

On Sunday I went in to MACS for the firs time for a wash, cut & blow dry.
Firstly, I was greeted by a lovely young irish lady who offered me a complimentary glass of champagne and took my coat. I was then greeted by a stylist who talked me through my style and what I would like...I've never had this before so it was nice to not just take the plunge and actually be talked through my style, hair condition and how I wanted it.
Overall my experience was above expectations, the staff are very friendly and could not have done me for me.
Will be back soon for a colour MACS. Thank you.

I have been a client at Macs for more than ten years.I have always been treated with kindness and as an 80 year old with very fine and difficult to manage hair,I have always come away very happy with the result.Nothing is too much trouble.
In recent years my stylist has been Teresa.She is a happy girl and the older clients love her.Her recent advice about colour prevented me from making the wrong decision.She also makes a good cup of tea!Thank you to everyone at Macs,you are all great.

Ive been going to MACS for 10 years now. It is a very professional, yet friendly salon with great stylists who also really look after you and make your visit relaxing and enjoyable.
Teresa who is the stylist i usually see for my hair colour is amazing. Very professional and talented and i have never been disappointed with the results!

I have been going to the MACS in Kilburn for a few years now. Slowly but surely there prices have become more and more expensive. Today they tried to charge me £155.00 for a cut colour and root touch up. I have never paid over £90 - there is a limit. I have no more hair and it took no longer to do my hair - all I had was some lowlights added - appalling price - will never go back. You are pricing yorselves out of customers stop it!!!!! sorry you lost my custom today.

It was my first time at macs today. I went in with my hair a mess of colours all done to myself and some ba experiences with other hairdressers. My hairdresser was Silvia and I have never been more pleased with my hair. She listened she understood and more importantly got it spot on. My hair is now a beautifully strawberry blonde colour, infact it's the exact colour I requested. It looks and feels great. Thank you so much. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else!!

I have been going to Macs salon for years, for both hair and beauty, and could not speak more highly of them.
When I first moved to the area, I was struggling to find a good salon, and was so happy to find a beautiful place like this, that offers both services!
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted, have your coat taken, and are offered complimentary champagne, tea, coffee etc, and are well looked after from start to finish!
The beauty salon is located downstairs, and is beautifully decorated, so tranquil and relaxing. They now even have heated beauty beds for extra relaxation!
I am particularly fussy with having my eyebrows shaped, and I greatly appreciate all of the girls in the beauty section, who always listen to exactly what I say I want, and always send me home happy.
I will make special mention to my hairdresser, Niamh, who I have been using since I first started going to Macs. I have curly hair, and it is so difficult to find someone who is able to cut and colour my hair well, and she is amazing!

Every time I go to this salon I receive a firendly and professional service. Last time was for a manicure and blow dry. Blow dry was amazing (spent an hour getting my hair looking amazing for a big night out) and the manicure excellent - lasting over a week. Very impressed and will return.

Had a delightful time at Macs today. My massage and facial was were so relaxing. Would highly recommend Holly, she really talked me through my skin type and what I should be doing at home. Im having my hair put up for my wedding next week with Kevin , he was so helpful during consultation. I fell really safe in his hands.

I purchased a groupon deal - when I tried to book it turns out you cant get in as they are full and wont take advance bookings! However, suprisingly they can find space for you if you want to pay full price ... it speaks for itself! It is counterproductive to offer deals to bring in more customers, then treat customers poorly so they dont want to return ... I'd just moved into the area, so was looking for a new local hairdresser. I had hoped this would be it and when I saw the Groupon deal, I thought BONUS!! I actually forwarded the deal to friends with a recommendation to try them - I'm relieved they did not buy it as I would have felt terrible!! I'm very upset by the salon's approach - clearly they are more interested in making a number of one off sales than getting repeat custom. This could have been my local hairdresser but I wont be returning.

I absolutly love Macs Salon, and would reccommend everyone to go there. My husband and I have been regulars for 4 years now. We both have our hair and beauty treatments done there. The staff always remember my name and make me feel so welcome, even my husband who is a bit of a mans "man" loves to go in and doesnt feel embarresed of having his monthly facial. The quality of work is fantastic. I have always been someone who has spent alot of money of pampering myself and I have visited many salons around the world but I have yet to experiance such care and profesionalism from an establishment.

I keep going back to Macs time and time again best salon in the a 5 mile radius, come to think of it the best one iv been. I hate when i cant get an appointment because when I go somewhere else i'm always disapointed. They have the most amazing colourist and believe me I;m the nightmare client.

I had a facial with Lisa and a facial with Michaela they really are incredible therapist . Lisa had completely change my skin from looking old and tired to revitalised. They have really taken care of me and made me feel like they really know what I want. The service is great , I always get me champagne on arrival and lovely chocolates. I found them actually looking online so I ope someone sees this review and as the same experience i had.

The most amazing salon ever!!! I've been to some really amazing spas and salons and this place exceeds them all... The staff are really caring and attentive to your needs. I know this salon actually cares about their clients and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for the very best standard and wants to feel looked after

After reading all the positive reviews of macs i decided to try it for myself. the haircut its self was OK but but not what i asked for and the customer service was appalling. They just keep you waiting, move you around and talk about what they are doing at the weekend when you are getting your hair washed. I really dont know how they keep people coming back.

First visit today to Macs and what a great experience. I had my hair highlighted, cut and blowdried and it looked amazing. My stylist did exactly what I asked for . I will be back again thats for sure. The girls who looked after me were brilliant - the customer service deserves 10/10. I really enjoyed my visit, id recommend for anyone to go.

wow went to Macs yesterday to have my hair highlighted and a hot stone massage , this place really is like being in a 5 star hotel. The service is better than I received at the Dorchester spa. My hair is fab and I left feeling quite merry after my glass of champagne . It got me in the mood for going out and they even went over my hair again after i came up from my massage. i have just moved to the area and went to macs after reading the great reviews they have.i had a great cut and colour with my stylist, the only down side was when i was getting shampooed no hot water and when i was having my hair blow dried another member of staff come over and told her to take the brushes out of my hair as another stylist needed them[ how rude}.i had a great time with my stylist but some of the staff are rude.

I used to have my haircut with Gianni but went and had my hair done with Silvana on Saturday and Im so happy. She is such a lovely girl and really took onboard the fact I was quite nervous about someone else cutting my hair as I have had him for so long. But really I could tell the difference- Service still 5 star as always.

I really felt I had to comment on the service of Macs, I have been a customer for 6 months now and I really couldnt be happier , the little things make it so nice to go back to every time. I have my hair cut by Silvana she is so lovely and always remembers what we discussed the last time I was in . I actually feel special when I go there. Its a really lovely place which is hard to come byu these days. I would highly reccomend then to anyone who likes to feel pampered,special and is in search for a good quality cut and colour and a reasonable price.

I just had to write to let everyone know what an amazing experiance I had when I went to Macs . It really was the best find of the year. My hair is just brilliant done by the lovely Silvana , who made me feel so welcome and even remembered my name when i went back into buy the products she reccomended. Travelled down from Colchester on the Weekend after reading some reviews and I can tell you I wasnt dsisapointed please open one near me. Happiest Iv ever been after leaving a salon and the customer service is like a 5 star hotel. First class.

Macs is a brilliant salon , my favourite and i have been to few. The detail and customer service is to perfect. keep uo the good work.
I also just read the comment made by a lady previous to mine and I think you need to grow a heat . obvioulsy a flood is completly out of there hands.
