I went in today to get some ideas on some nice underwear for a night @ The Shard for my husbands birthday. Both of the ladies were extremely friendly, knowledgeable (they measured me & established I should be a cup size up) and really spent the time to get me to try different things & help me understand what styles I like. I’ve bought some beautiful pieces Inc something a bit risque, which is guaranteed to make my husband happy! :)

Needed lingerie and swimwear for my Honeymoon. As usual Dbraz is the only place to buy exquisite lingerie and beach confident swimwear. They never disappoint the staff on on your side. Never pushy. The now Mrs Day.

Visited D’Braz today. Very helpful assistant. Measured me and brought several bras to me in the fitting room and adjusted straps, etc. on me so they fitted correctly. I bought four bras in assorted colours/styles. There was no pressure on me to buy. I recommend D’Braz.

I always have a pleasant experience when visiting D'Braz, which was recommended to me by a friend, and in fact, this is now the only shop where I buy my bras! I had become fed up with the service and selection of bras in other stores and so finding d'braz has been a revelation!! Would definitely recommend.

My daughter is getting married in a few months and needed some Bridal underwear. Our Bridal store suggested D'braz in Banstead so decided to take a trip down there. My daughter was fitted with stunning underwear that i no will make her feel comfortable on her special day, so thank you D'braz

I went to spend a significant amount in D'Braz as it has been recommended. I went to go onto the shop at 525 which admittedly was late on a Saturday and was rudely shouted 'sorry love we're closed !' even though they had the open sign on display and staff were there. Not sorry we need to shut !

I was recommended to D'Braz by a dressmaker, so I took my daughter along to be fitted as we wanted a special bra for a May Ball. We entered the shop and could see that all staff were busy so we browsed around the store. After 5 mins we waited by the counter. Still no acknowledgment of our existence. So we continued to browse. At that point another member of staff returned to the shop and totally ignored us and assisted one of the other members of staff. NOBODY had said we will be with you in a minute or sorry please come back in a few minutes. We were totally blanked. After about 20 mins we felt like spare parts and left. They didnt get our business.
The occasion reminds me of the film Pretty Woman , where the servers were too stuck up!
That afternoon we purchased a wonderful bra so thats your loss D'Braz for being so UNHELPFUL. It makes me wonder how you retain a business with your attitude.

Wow, the D'braz ladies are fantastic. Helpful, and make you feel completely comfortable. I found buying bras in my size difficult before, but D'braz showed me beautiful bras in a range of colours and cuts to suit me. Thankyou ladies

I had a wonderful experience at D'braz.
As soon as I walked in the shop I was
asked if I had been measured, They said
I was suggested I go in the fitting room
to be measured for a bra. I spent about 45
minutes in the fitting room, and I didn't
have to leave the fitting room once as
they found everything I wanted in my size
and bought it in for me. They were great
help. I would definately recommend.
