I went in for a second lobe piercing, they were calm and kind ,it was done before I knew it and I haven't had a problems :) . One thing however is their age limits are quite high, I had to get my cartilage pierced else where; a shop in Romford, chain reactions.They only do ear piercings though but they were amazing too! And only set me back £5 :0 both shops id recommend :D
