If you went in with a good grounds for a refund with a proof of purchase as some of his products may be non genuine/second class/faulty you will be met by 'I will check with my (non existent) head office and get back to you in 7 days'. Seems to be a privately owned shop who should put No Exchange/No Returns in their terms of purchase.
Purchase elsewhere and don't get bullied into their Sales or offers.

I went to this store having heard about it while in London. The selection of leading brands was nothing short of fantastic. It included Nike, Timberland, Asics Onitsuka Tiger, Ugg, Doc Martens, Hush Puppies, Vibram Five Fingers, MBT, Fitflop, Converse, Vans, Supra, Lacoste, Gant etc.... I found a few pairs of shoes i liked at great prices too!
Highly recommended & well worth a visit.
