We have been using Alchemy Jewellers for approximately 25 years. The first jeweller who looked after us for many years was Michael. When he retired Jasón took over looking after us. I do believe he knows what I like more than I do. He always discusses the item in great details and steers you in the right direction to style and quality. When I had an insurance claim he was marvellous. I would not go anywhere else. If course the family would y go anywhere else. We trust Jason foe the best service and advise

Jason has made wonderful bespoke jewellery for me for over 6 years. Since that first meeting, when he sat me down,asked me to describe what I wanted, made some of his own suggestions and drew me a rough sketch, I was hooked. He loses 1 star because he can be tardy, when he's busy. Highly recomende

Alchemy was one of the first shops that I visited in Hatton Garden and after going around most of the other shops, it was the one that I returned to. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. I was looking for a specific design of engagement ring and diamond and they helped me to design what I was looking for and although they didn't have the diamond on site, they went out and found me exactly what I was looking for. We were working to quite tight timescales and they managed to source the diamonds, hand make the ring and get this delivered to me in Yorkshire in two weeks, delivering it on the day it was promised to me. The staff always kept me informed of progress to put me at ease. The end product is a stunning, hand made, bespoke engagement ring at a competitive price. I put a lot of trust in Alchemy to find the right diamonds and make a perfect ring and they delivered on all of their promises.

I recommend coming to Alchemy to see Jason the owner - a lovely guy who will design you a beautiful ring for any occasion. I went in to see him with a picture of a De Beers diamond ring that I could not afford at 90k!! and he made me up a replica of the same ring (slightly smaller at 1.50 carat) for 5k.
Very friendly people in the shop and I will be back to do more business with him in the future! my wife was over the moon with her ring - thank you Jason!

Wouldn't advise using this jewellers if you need something in a hurry, expect things to be ready at least a week or two after they say they will be ready!! this has happened to me twice now here, firstly when we ordered our wedding bands, they ended up taking over a week longer, and secondly when we took them back to be engraved, same thing happened.
