They take your money very quickly but when you try and call them they never answer (250 oxford st,london), called store 1/4 mile away and they answer, said that store doesn't answer during busy periods... we called at 10:05, guess they where busy 5 minutes after opening.

having just popped in to see if my old watch could be repaired i was pleased with the level of service i recieved nothing was too much trouble and my watch was restored to perfect working order within 2 weeks well done h samuel oxford circus, you will definately get my repeat business..

I was really pleased with the friendly helpful service I received at H.Samuels and so happy with my drop pearl earrings matching, drop pearl necklace and matching two pearl/diamond set ring which I purchased to accessorise my wedding outfit, unfortunately during the vows I looked down at my ring and found one pearl was missing (it was the first time wearing it) then later in the day one of the earrings had also lost its pearl....so upsetting and such a shame as it was such a pretty set, and now I'm on your website to see if I can go to your store to try and purchase another set of earrings and there are no opening or closing times on here and no answer to the phone number. So from a good start to an overall disappointing outcome. which unfortunately will maybe make me think twice in future about returning to this store.
