Moussaieff and Kutchinsky Jewellers can improve by 1. providing decent quality products (I purchased a Cartier for £17,000 that broke twice withing the space of 2 years) and 2. Provide a decent service (each time the watch got sent off for repair, I didn't receive it back for 6-8 months), 3. give their clients some respect (upon requesting a refund, the owner refused the refund and refused to contact me by either telephone or email).
